About our Client - Our client is a leading player in the EPC, Terminalling and Energy Services space. They have their presence in more than 15 locations across the world and are present in diverse businesses ranging from energy to engineering.
Job Description - Reporting to the Group HR Head and handling a team of 8 reportees, in this role, you will be instrumental in:
- Leading and developing a strategic road map for the India HR function
- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication
- Aligning organization design, performance management, retention and compensation strategies in liaison with global heads
- Designing and conceptualising key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization
The Successful Candidate - You would hold 12+years of experience in HR, Change Management, Organization Design, HR Strategy, Compensation and Policies in an MNC environment in an industry of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Oil & Gas or allied fields. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen. You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
