About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank providing a wide range of financial services across corporate, investment and retail banking. With a strong global presence and a strong foothold in the APAC and Indian market, they are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end to end HR activities while partnering closely with the business to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Head HR in various initiatives eg Mid Year increment proposals, reviews etc.

- Representing the Head HR's office and keeping track of critical projects

- Effective Engagement with HRLT members on critical actionable on ongoing basis across relevant subjects/area

- Fully Support the Head of HR in Bringing together and delivering on the HR people plan by aligning goals of both

- Support Head HR with Regards to the resource Model for HR

- Preparing call inputs for daily Calls

- India based Project tracking and management Design Communications for HR engagement

The Successful Candidate - you will have 7-12 years of experience in a corporate HR generalist function. You will have the exposure to working with senior stakeholders across HR and Business while managing end to end HR activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
