- To Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the HR & Admin function in the Region with a view to enable the Business Units meet its operating targets, by ensuring timely availability of trained and quality manpower at optimum cost, creating a highly conducive and engaging work environment, ensure progressive people management tools & processes, complying to the statutory laws thus delivering high standards of operational excellence.
