Responsibilities as HR Business Partner:
- Employee Engagement
- Reward and Recognition
- Talent Review
- Establish meaningful connect with employees
- Devise employee engagement calendar and execute per the plan involving HR Business Partners
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Organize and facilitate fun and engagement activities
- Design Employee Reward & Recognition Program and organize R&R on a quarterly basis
- Partner with Head of HR India in the talent review process for the business per the timeline.
- Ensure development and retention particularly of critical and key talents
