About our Client - Our client is a renowned Indian leader in the infrastructure sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit an established HR Manager in a generalist role.
Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the hiring initiatives for the company.
- Building a talent pipeline and ensure talent is managed effectively through various interventions including talent review processes
- Learning & Development:
- Supporting in employees learning and development initiatives including facilitating learning initiatives
- Organizational Development:
- Increase organization's effectiveness and efficiency to enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
- Strategically partnering with the business to ensure HR representation in key business decisions
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 5 to 8 years of post-graduation experience in an HRBP role (Telecoms, Infrastructure and IT). Working as an individual contributor is desirable. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
