Education : MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from good B School.

Job Profile:
- Should have experience in HR from Business side, have been in Business partner role for at least 6 - 7 Years.
- Responsible for leading Business HR through core HR processes (e.g. HR Budgeting, Resource Planning, performance management, HR policy, compensation planning ); offering thought-leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution; coaching, and organizational design;
- Work closely with Business Heads & Head Human Resources in supporting business to deliver on the people strategy and business operational plan as well as driving key HR transformation initiatives
- Transformation program: Execute organizational change management and business structure re-alignments within corporate and region.
- Manpower role mapping of existing positions to defined job roles & job stages, and assessment of competence gaps.
- HR Enablement of Business, development or revision of HR policies/processes for existing /new business.
- Performance & Reward Management: To support & advise the line organization on annual appraisal cycle and salary review process.
- Employee Feedback Survey Closely engage with leadership teams on cascade of employee survey results and development of effective action plans
- Change management projects @HR: In line with Head HR, support the organisation in ongoing HR Transformation related projects
- To Manage Rewards & Recognition vertical for HR: policy formulation/improvements and implementation of such policies
