- With a strong focus on strengthening their consumer banking presence in India, they are looking to hire an HRBP for to manage to manage and support fast expansion plans in Mumbai.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Head HR for Consumer Banking, your responsibilities will include:

- Support & facilitate the Performance Management/Talent Management agenda across the allocated span in Consumer Banking for the employees.

- Consulting with business managers and provide solutions on employee relations, talent planning, staffing, compensation & benefits, development, organizational and change management issues.

- Partner with the business in Climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.

- Communication and implementation of HR policies and program in the LOB Partnering in achieving efficient HR operations management for all employees in the LOB

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have 5-10 years of post qualification experience in an HRBP / Generalist role with an MNC player within the financial services industry.

- You will come with a full time MBA from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/SIBM only.

- You will have managed end to end HR activities for at least 300+ employees.
