Job Description
- Incumbent should Partners with business and key stakeholders to drive organizational culture.
- Responsible for driving consistency and standardizing operations across all the business groups at the location.
- Responsible for managing the performance management framework at a location level as well as drive C&B initiatives in accordance with the central C&B strategy.
- Acting as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of engagement initiatives across business unitsat the location as well as organization-wide level.
- Responsible for contributing to build and support the Talent strategy to yield business results through solutions, actions and efforts.
- Ensuring that the people-perspective is represented in business decisions and teams are effectively managed.
- Building ongoing relationship with business leaders across service line groups and partner with management teams in supporting strategy, evaluating future business plans and determining people needs and priorities.
- Responsible for contributing to build and drive a consolidated rewards program.
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiatives
- Act as a liaison and partner with other HR teams to coordinate development of Performance Management programs, systems and processes to support the business.
Job Specifications
1. M.B.A. / P.G.D.M. from a tier 2 college.
2. 9 -13 years’ work experience.
3. Good Exposure as Business Partner role
