Hiring HR Business partner at a Senior management level for a leading Automobile OEM based at Bangalore.
Core functions include:
- Handling end to end HR generalist functions right from decision making on HR matters and roll-out/management of HR processes like recruitment, performance management, leader sourcing and succession planning, employees engagement, T&D, retention strategies, handling exit formalities etc.
- Support in competence management - strategy and deployment.
- Support in framing and executing recruitment & retention strategy
- Review existing HR policies and procedures, benchmark and identify improvement areas, consult business heads, recommend to Head HR in order to review and update HR policies to meet business and employee needs.
- Implement talent management process which includes Succession planning develop, career Path and MDP. Guide and Assist managers in talent Management and development. Define the frame work for talent development activities and support implementation.
- Support in competence management - strategy and deployment.
- Deploy annual Learning and development programs in order to achieve desired competency levels.
- Support preparation of HR budget, seek inputs from various HR cost centers, discuss with Head HR and create draft budget, in order to ensure timely and accurate budget preparation
