Role :- Sr.Manager / Head - HR Operations
The Senior Manager of HR Operations is a key member of the Global HR function, leading a team of
Human Resources site managers to ensure high-quality delivery of employee life cycle services to
Companie's global employee base, which will grow to encompass more than 1,000 employees in 2014
across Companies’s 10+ corporate and regional offices in India, East Africa and China.
- This person will drive high-scale, quality-driven execution of key HR processes through a geographically-dispersed team including recruiting and on-boarding, performance management and improvement programs,
career progression processes, payroll and benefits processing, statutory compliance and grievance
resolution, among others.
This position involves 10 – 12 days of travel per month to Companies regional offices across India and
Africa.
The ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally with formal education in Human Resources and/or Psychology. Candidates from rural-focused or sales force-heavy organizations are strongly encouraged to apply (e.g., microfinance, BFSI, FMCG, telecommunications)
- 3+ years of managerial experience. The candidate must demonstrate the capability to manage high-volume work flows across multiple teams and locations
- High process and quality excellence orientation.

- A solutions-oriented self-starter; comfortable taking on substantial work with limited oversight
