Job Description:

Process Management

1. Work towards the priorities/goals of client.

2. Manage Multiple clients and process.

3. Manage operations across multiple sites.

4. Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met. Drive initiatives for ongoing quality improvements which can be a key differentiator

5. Acts as a trusted business partner through strategic solutioning.

6. Leverage Technology for bringing process improvements which will add value to the business.

7. Drive innovation and make the client feel valued for the money being paid

8. Manage Risk & Controls through robust process risk study, audits and internal controls.

9. SOWs - Play leadership role on the Creation/finalization of SOWs, Contractuals by working with internal & external stake holders.

Domain Expertise and criticalities

1. Domain expertise/ Knowledge of Cash Management Operation - International Payments, Sanctions screening, Cheque clearing, bulk payment processing...etc

2. Handling of multiple and HIGH risk SOWs

3. Round the clock operations with 24/7 coverage

4. Global Coverage - Catering to Africa, Middle East/ Europe / North America Clusters

5. Strict adherence to KPI with respect to Timeliness and Accuracy Errors as defined in SOW .

6. Manage the Governance calls and monthly reviews with senior management at TCS and Client.

7. Manage Client escalations with respect to issues, errors etc.

8. Drive towards productivity commitment for the amenable SOWs

9. To handle critical review and audits - SAS 70, IQMS, PRR, External reviews from Citi including statutory reviews from UK/US governing body - OCC..etc

Business Development

1. Work on increasing the revenue base for existing cleints

2. Actively engage with sales and internal teams to expand and convert new business opportunity

3. Support in showcasing and pitching for new business opportunity for both creation and capture

People management

1. Drive people engagement initiatives

2. Drive Training as a culture and look out for more enhanced process & controls related training.

3. Job rotation and empowerment

4. Drive Performance Management as an ongoing initiative

5. Engagement with HR in bringing solutions for the people related issues.

Managing Vision & Purpose

1. Constantly look out for strategies and avenues of improvement which can leverage cost

2. Leverage business knowledge in partnering internal stake holders in bringing third party business.

1. Drive qualitative XLNC project - Black/Green /yellow belt projects

2. Drive innovation/Idea mining and encourage team to build more vigor towards innovation

3. Built focus towards process improvement/re-engineering

Risk & Compliance

1. Partner client on their audits and statutory reviews

2. Enhanced vision towards Risk & Controls - Sanction,compliance training, AML, Information security

3. Drive Refresher training to team to stay focused on the KRIs

4. Provide proactive solutions for the risks due to dynamic market changes and threats.

Cost Effectiveness

1. Drive clear goals towards cost reduction solutions

2. Ensure optimal capacity planning and drive ways and means of enhancing the productivity and bring down the unit cost.
