Sr Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against plan/forecast

- Coordinate financial forecasts, analysis and drive meaningful business action

- Take a leadership role in the financial reporting

- Manage the preparation of all financial reports

- Provide timely and accurate analysis of plans, rolling forecasts etc

- Provide feedback and challenge forecasts and results

- Provide a source of insightful ad-hoc business analytical support

Desired Profile:

- Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.

- 8 to 12 years experience post qualification into Corporate Finance

- Expertise for Oracle, Hyperion Planning is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple business units

- Excellent communication skills
