About our Client - Our client is a leading business in the online retail segment with its headquarters in Delhi/NCR. Looking for growing aggressively they are planning an IPO and are looking for a senior manager within their finance team to transition them through this phase.The role is based in Delhi/NCR itself.

Job Description - Reporting to the Finance Head for the country, you will be managing a team of 3 people with major responsibilities including:

- Managing the complete financial aspects in compliance with SEBI guidelines

- Ensuring internal control over financial reporting and periodic finalization of financial statements

- Handling Public Issue for supporting raising capital

- Involvement with IPO from the stage of DRHP, approval of SEBI and final RHP filing

- Managing corporate governance

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of post qualification experience in a public listed firm or within the consulting space with exposure to such transition projects.Good communication skills are a must.
