CA (1 attempt) or 2nd attempt or MBA-Finance

Reporting: GM Finance

Banking Area

- CMA preparation for consortium banks and Obtain sanction

- Reply to 20 consortium bank for their queries and prepare note for meeting with top executives of bank

- Presentation for quarterly consortium meeting and prepare Minutes

- Documentation for facilities to be availed from consortium banks or for term lending

Creation of security on properties of the company by way of MOE within time

Facilitate Project export business

- Obtain Post Award Approval for project exports and attend progress meeting

- Issue Bank Guarantee for project in Local country

- Draw loans outside India for 12-24 months period

Submission of projection to rating agency / Term lender, Deal with rating agency

Servicing of Foreign currency loan and arrange certificate for covenant

Support international trade business for Guarantee/ LC confirmation

Keep track of country rating (ECGC, SBI or rating agency), Monitor latest RBI circular and changes at senior levels in bank

Experience in dealing with Forex Hedging

Work in a team of 8 member, should be good in excel & power point
