Sr Manager - Finance - CA - Real Estate

The Group, started in late 1980's has been in the housing development sector over last two decades and has established its reputation as a real estate developer that provides Quality of Construction, Safety of Investment and Integrity of Commitment. The Group has been focused in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) & surrounding areas with development and construction of residential projects at Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Gurgaon & upcoming projects in Orissa & Rajasthan too.

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Finance (CA) - Real Estate Group, South Delhi

Sr. Manager Finance :

Experience: 7 - 8 years / 3 -4 years post qualification

Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Reporting To: CFO/ Director

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all accounting aspects and day to day working

- Coordinate with bank and other financial institutions and supervise day to day banking activities

- Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/c and Balance sheet

- Handle all statutory and taxation matter - Service tax, VAT, Income tax, TDS..

- Ensure adherence to departmental processes.

- Supervision of all department day to day activities like verification of accounting vouchers, statutory returns vis VAT / TDS / Service Tax, issuing of TDS Certificates, timely processing of salary every month

- Coordinate for internal as well as external audit -submit and explain vouchers / statement / documents.

- Prepare MIS / Reports as and when required by the HOD / Management

Required Skill Sets and Behavioral Traits:

- Knowledge of accounting processes, compliance and taxation

- Well versed with Tally, ability on working in ERP system

Specific Profile Requirements:

- Prior experience working with a real estate company

Location: South Delhi, Head Office

Compensation: Negotiable, attractive, approx range of 8-10 lac per annum
