Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI

Position: Sr. Manager Finance for a leading Financial Services Company in Gurgaon

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification - Qualified CA

Experience - 8-10 years of post qualification experience

Work Timings: 12 noon to 9:00 PM

Job Role:

- The Senior Manager Finance will be responsible to manage the Controllerhsip function on a day to day basis. The position will be responsible for managing the accounting, indirect tax and statutory compliance. This position will also play the leading role in re engineering and automating the finance processes.

- Responsible for IGAAP accounting

- Ensure statutory compliance for the India site

- Develop and maintain an effective control environment. Improve systems, controls, policies and procedures and adherence to the same.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Indian Accounting, Indian Tax laws. Strong presentation skill.

- Proficiency with MS Office. Exposure to any ERP pacake will be preferable
