Urgently seeking for Sr Manager Field Sales Automation / Sales Force Automation.

Title -: Senior Manager - Field Sales Automation

1) Business ownership (Field Sales Management and automation program)

2) Manage the Field Sales Automation initiative at the national level and drive adoption; Work with the partners, Field Capability leaders and Regional teams to drive agenda and best practices

3) Benchmark the best practices in Field Sales Mgnt with other industries and draw a roadmap for program, and implement

4) Ability to work independently and leverage Sales teams, channel teams and partners to drive the agenda at national level

5) Reports to Head of Systems

6) Preferably BE+MBA with 10+ years of professional work experience; Experience in driving SFA/ FSM initiatives in similar industries.
