Manage new transitions/SPOC for all new transitions. Responsible for leading multiple transitions.

- Will be overlooking the Incubation team along with the General manager in addition to this, will be responsible for end to end client management till the BAU stage and will be handing over the client to Operations team

- Ensure all operational activities/ milestones on new transitions are accomplished as per agreed timelines

- Design new process and identify process transformation opportunities.

- Evaluation of As IS and To be Processes and sign off from all stakeholders.

- Define and design scope of work as per the contract and obtain sign off from the stakeholders.

- Proactively identify problems and provide customer centric solutions (external and internal customers)

- Ability to visualize system requirements and articulate the same in the form of a functionality requirement document for IT.

- Adhere to Transition Methodology for successful transition within the agreed timelines

- Build strong partnership with clients. Anticipate requirements and deliver them accordingly

- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance & Accounting while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises

- Setting transition related calls and circulating project status with respective stakeholders

- Ensure all SOPs and other documentation are put in place for all new transitions

- Publish training calendar. Monitor training schedules and responsible for driving training rigor

- Work with internal teams to put in place best practices and effective process controls during the process transitions.

- Responsible for end to end transitions, knowledge transfer & project management.

Basic Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA - preferable.

Desired Experience (yrs.) 10 -12 years of experience.

- Project management skills. Should have managed complex F&A transition engagements in the past.

- Preparation/ Review of various reports for Team Performance and Analysis

- Identify areas of development and plan Training of new resource, existing resource and cross training

- Do a Manpower Analysis / Manpower requirement report

- Review of manpower utilization & ensure that Manpower is fully & effectively utilized on daily basis.

- Ensure staff support for all client deliverables and service levels metrics

Technical Skills: (Skill set required to do the job - Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)

- Good analytical skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc)

- Good presentation skills

- Process mapping and process analysis skills to resolve process roadblocks.

- Experience in working on ERP Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, Great Plains, Oracle, etc)

- Strong Project and process management experience at a senior level, preferably in a Outsourcing environment

- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable

- Experience in Finance Process transformation/re-engineering projects will be an added advantage

- Proficient in process study, transition & running successful process operations.

- High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi product / service environment
