Position: Senior Manager - Engineering & Projects

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Chemicals/ Paints

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech from a reputed Institute

Experience:

- Atleast 10 years in engineering & projects management. Should have a team handling experience.

- Experience in maintenance of plants is essential.

Role:

- To lead a corporate engineering team for providing support to all manufacturing units for mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation etc. engineering.

- To innovate and adopt energy efficient productive equipment for improvement of productivity, manufacturing cost, quality.

- To remove bottlenecks in operations and help to improve productivity, quality, manufacturing cost, and EHS.

- To control and monitor predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance of plants using software base control system.

- Engg Spare and inventory control management.

- To drive project activities including vendor selection through negotiation.

- To plan future projects with payback to the business.

Candidates with experience in Chemical/ Paints/ FMCG industry will be preferred.
