Sr Manager/Director - IT Production Support

Job Description:

- Provide support to existing production support procedures

- Ensure consistent and smooth services to our partners / customers

- Lead production stability initiatives to stabilize environments

- Works on complex cross-functional and/or cross-organizational problems

- Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams

Candidate Description:

- Experience in all life cycle methodologies

- Experience in people management

- Experience in production support methodologies

- Experience in financial domain

13-18 years of relevant IT experience
