- A pure consulting background with specific expertise in HR consulting or Industry HR experience
- Exposure to multiple HR functional areas including HR Strategy, Organization Structure Design, Compensation strategy/ implementation, Design of HR systems / processes, Manpower Planning, Career Path Design & Succession Management, Competency Modeling, Pre Merger HR Due diligence, Post Merger HR integration.
You will be responsible for ;
- Partnering Clients in maximizing shareholder value
- Developing Thought Leadership
- Client Management
- Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)
- Networking & Marketing
- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner
- Knowledge Management
- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring
