Position Title: Head Leadership Capability Development Head (Sr. Manager or DGM level), Global role

Location: Gurgaon

KRA's

- Works with the business leaders to build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels and critical roles/segments

- Liaison with the best in class training organizations to define the pedagogy and delivery of one behavioral training agenda and provide recommendations to SCM for contracting with the same.

- Custodian for executing the leadership development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized programs; delivery and evaluation of effectiveness). Directly anchors implementation for India. Works with the learning head for execution with other countries

- Design and institutionalize high potential development and engagement framework to support their accelerated learning and growth (including mentoring, engagement with senior leadership, action learning projects etc.). Track quarterly data to evaluate effectiveness of the interventions and escalate with the concerned stakeholders wherever required.

- Develops, analyzes data and trends & delivers management information reports to track and benchmark leadership/ behavioural programs effectiveness (i.e. participation, costs, business impact etc.) and for effective decision-making by the seniors.

- Develop and implement internal systems and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training program development & delivery.

- Represent the organization in various internal/external forums including webinars, networking meetings, expert discussions etc. Participate, on behalf of the organization, in the external surveys/studies by global consulting organizations by collating relevant training & development data (for leadership, competencies/behavioural skills domain) from various internal sources.

- Provide knowledge transfer and execution support to other countries Learning Head for all leadership academies/top talent/critical role programs.

Working Experience:

Must have:

- At least 5-12 years of experience with at least 4 - 7 years in L&D domain particularly in the domain of leadership development.

- Proficiency in design and delivery of leadership development interventions.

Qualification:

Must have:

- MBA/ PGDBA with specialization in HR - from the top 10 -15 B-Schools in India

- Relevant Training certifications
