Education: BE/ B. Tech/ PG Diploma in Industrial Safety

Experience: 12 - 15 years out of which 5 years as Departmental Head

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Description:

- To Conceptualize, Ensure & Monitor implementation of safety, Occupational health and sustainability Road map, manuals/SOPs in plant. Facilitate in conducting training programmes across all locations on Occupational health & safety.

- To ensure that Company's Goals/ Targets towards employee safety, Occupational Health and sustainability are met.

- To ensure that the OHSAS/ EMS systems are effectively implemented and adhered by periodical auditing & reviews.

- To coordinate in ensuring that all sites are adequately equipped in terms of Infrastructure to meet any emergency situations arising out of accidents.

- Providing supervision and guidance to the team and reviewing their performance on regular basis.

- Identifying training and development needs of the team.

- Preparation of annual safety/ Health and sustainability budgets.

- Monitoring the budget spends and ensuring that spending is inline with the company's overall policies.

- To help and monitor in the conduct of Internal and Second party EHSS audits at various sites/ locations as per the standard Management Systems.

- Monitoring of amendments/ updations received from different agencies like Gazette Notification.
