Job Title: Sr Mgr/DGM - After Market Sales

Job Location: Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat

Job Description:

The role holder's primary responsibilities include

1. Envisage and Prepare Strategy to Strengthen Brand in Retail Market.

2. Analysis of Competition Product Portfolio, identify Gaps and strategies to develop the new products/offering for the Retail Market.

3. Develop and Maintain Core Program of Retail Offering.

4. Competition Channel Bench Marking, identification of weak areas and strategies to acquire new Channel Partners to improve Reach.

5. Building relationship with Retail Channel Partners, understanding their needs, motivating them to achieve higher growth.

6. Formulate and Implement Marketing Strategy for Retail Sales including Promotion Activity, Visibility drive etc.

7. Cascading down the Retail Sales Target in to Regions and Channels. Review periodically and support in achieving the same.

8. Interacting with Global Team to replicate global success stories.

9. Develop Retail Sales Team, identify their Training and Development Needs and integrate the same with their Development Plan.

10. Develop and Implement various MIS for tracking Sales, Reach, Activities etc.

Required Education & Experience:

BE in Mechanical Engineering. MBA is preferred.
