Senior Manager – Corporate Human Resource
With our large MNC client, we are looking for a Senior Manager-Corporate HR.
- The role carries the responsibilty for the overall compensation strategy for the company in India and will be a key point of contact for service lines and business managers on strategic compensation related matters. The incumbent will be responsible for HR operations activities and initiatives across locations.
- He / She will support the corporate HR function and will be responsible for drawing plans / making strategies to support the people service centers across locations. He / she will be responsible for initiating benchmarking studies basis business needs and will also be driving projects & policies and devising a sustainable framework.
Job Description
- Complete responsibility for the corporate HR function, working closely with the India HR Director to manage the compensation philosophy and HR operations across locations.
- Complete responsibility for creating, driving and delivering a strategic, sustainable and scalable compensation framework for India locations.
- Responsible for overseeing the people service center and providing strategic oversight where required
- Partners in the formulation of company policies and procedures
- Acting as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of local and some global initiatives using appropriate project management skills and resources
- Single point of contact for driving all quality initiatives within the PT across locations
- Responsible for driving consistency and standardizing operations within the scope of the role across locations
- Conceptualizing, devising and supporting an evolving D & I framework
- Manages other HR personnel across multiple areas – Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Shared Services, Policies and global projects
- Actively sourcing and sharing external best practices and knowledge of HR & business with HR colleagues and peers
- Partners with key stakeholders to drive organizational culture
Job Specifications:
- M.B.A. / P.G.D.M.
- A minimum of 8 – 12 years work experience with a strong Compensation and benefits background.
- Prior exposure in HR operations in a similar industry will be preferred with good team handling and project Management skills.career stability within reputed companies is important as well.
