About our Client - Our client is a pioneer in the packaging industry and also is the market leader in the space. They have plants across locations in the country and an employee base exceeding 450. They cater to a multinational client base in India and international locations. To execute their aggressive growth plans, they are looking for a Senior Manager-Corporate Accounts based out of their office in Delhi NCR

Job Description - As the Senior Manager Corporate accounts you will be reporting the CFO of the company Handle company statutory accounts, statutory auditors and internal auditors.

- Corporate MIS, Tax Audit, compliance with accounting standards Board & audit committee reports preparation, Stock Exchange reporting requirements on financial reporting Set up systems to ensure that effective & relevant financial & internal controls & systems are in place

- Guide & train plant accounts teams to ensure that reliable financial results & MIS are released within the targeted time frame

- Handle Group accounts on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Manage shift over to IFRS as per ICAI

- Plan for local GAAP reporting

- Funds & treasury management

- Responsible for handling direct tax assessments, appeals etc.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with atleast 6 years of post qualification experience in the manufacturing industry only. You should be a first or second attempt CA only.You should be hands and proficient with accounting, IFRS, banking and audits.
