Roles & Responsibilities Role
Pre-Sales phase :
- The role calls for involvement from bid stage in formulating terms and conditions and pricing for submission of the bids, along with the statement of compliances to the bid.
- Driving and active participation in bidding to the customer.
- Working closely with the legal team and acting as a bridge between the business and legal teams.
- Guiding the delivery team on the obligations and sharing the contract summary with them.
Delivery phase :
- Advising delivery leadership on how to take advantage of the strategic aspects of risk management embedded in the contract.
- Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with the client and Legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintaining the contract through an efficient change order process to represent the dynamic execution environment
- Escalating exceptions and issues as needed. Understand the commercial risks facing Client in the contract and manage on-going mitigation
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform contract mark-up.
- Thorough understanding of key legal principles
- Experience in dealing with senior client and supplier representatives (typically CxO).
- Significant contract and deal negotiation experience in a pre-sales environment.
Contractual leadership of the negotiation, shaping and winning of large Applications Development programs and/or Application Outsourcing contracts Capabilities
