Our client a leading MNC Financial Training Firm currently hiring candidates with 3+yrs of Exp in Financial Content Writing.

Designation: SR. Content Manager

Exp: 3+yrs of Exp

Qualification:

- MBA/ PGDM/ CFA/ CA/ FRM or any relevant Financial Qualification

Responsibilities:

- Strong Financial Content Research Skills to develop, prepare and organize Course Outlines as per client requirements

- Responsible for working with professors on course material preparation - particularly Power Point Presentations

- Review all course materials before submitting to clients. In some instances (particularly with new professors) interacting with a technical reviewer to ensure accuracy

- Manage course schedules and help identify appropriate professors for each course

- Organize interviews with new professors and develop screening techniques (Implement New Instructor review policy)

- Implement overall product development and delivery quality control process

- Manage the Professor Database

- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with professors

- Develop a complete database of their teaching (subject and style) capabilities and preferences

- Keep updated contact information

- Monitor and store professor performance information

- Get continuous feedback from clients on course content and professor performance

- Maintain Content Library

- Storing and labeling electronic materials

- Company and External Power Point Presentations

- Other documents and reading materials

- Company and external course outlines

- Managing a web link library (useful content on the web)

- Help professors and Internal team members navigate the content library and be proficient in finding training material

- Manage Client Database- Client contact information; Courses completed for each client; Scheduled courses at each client site; Records/notes of client discussions/conversations

- Periodic Update of Website

- Maintain Important Financial Newspaper/Magazine Articles for future reference

- Update the team during a morning meeting on important Financial Information

- Independently think through new courses that can be introduced for various clients
