Job Description:
- Track and improve performance of Channel based on insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Maintain a strong internal relationship with Programming, Marketing to aid business
- Quantitative Analysis and Strategic planning using Tam Data, AdvantEdge for FPC planning and Promo Planning
- Qualitative Research understanding of Pilots, Panels, Tracks and Others, Getting studies actioned and giving Content Team insights based on the studies conducted
- FPC Planning
- Monitoring FPC to optimize ratings
a) Planning Monthly and Annual FPC
b) Planning Launch of shows and hence impact on Repeats and Transitions of FPC
c) Planning- Scheduling based on Ratings objectives for Movies and Events
- Strategy-Breaks planning/ Strategy for Movies, Events and shows
- Strategy -Estimations of Competition ratings and Impact on weekly Schedule
- Strategy-Day-part, Time slots analysis, Duplication, Weekends planning, viewer migration
- Implementation of the FPC coordinating with Content Team, Marketing, Operations
Quantitative:
- Based on TAM data -Analysis of Existing Shows/ New Show
- Channel Profiling, Market analysis, Genre analysis
- Competitive Tracking of weekly trends
- Based on other data sources like
- Keep a track of channel availability and positioning based on Chrome data and other data provided by distribution team
- Socio economic data, Show buzz, etc.
Qualitative:
- Working with central Insights Research Team for conducting - Pre and post Launch Show Testing, Positioning Testing & Consumer Connects.
- Feeding into Content for existing shows and to Develop new shows.
- Promo Planning
- To decide on how many and which are the properties to promote
- Finding time bands to optimize the Promotion of a particular show
Experience : 7-11 years
Qualification : Full Time MBA
