Role Summary/Purpose:

- One point contact for regulators from company standpoint owning repository of all requirements from regulator and vice-versa.

- Managing relationships with Reserve Bank of India and other regulators including interaction with SBI Corporate and other stake holders

- To identify emerging industry Compliance trends that may impact the business compliance readiness and to make appropriate recommendation

Essential Responsibilities:

- Relationship management with all the regulators like RBI, SBI CC including regular visits/ meetings.

- Monitor industry regulatory activities and other trends (external and internal) through appropriate early warning systems in order to take pre-emptive actions

- Dashboards/ report outs to management

- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations by regulators, with various functions and ensure its timely and effective closure.

- Monitor timely submissions of various reports/returns/responses to RBI and other regulator by different functions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- LLB/CS, MBA from a recognized university preferred

- Work experience of +6 years in financial services industry.

- Thorough knowledge on regulations governing Credit cards industry.

- Previous experience of working with the regulators.

- Previous experience of corporate relationship or any relationship management exposure would be added advantage.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment.
