About our Client - Our client is a global pharmaceutical giant with operations in more than 50 countries and an employee strength of more than 60,000. It is a an established industry leader and a key player in the global markets.

Job Description - Reporting to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead in-country C&B Function to develop, implement, and monitor cost-effective compensation and benefits policies, procedures, practices, and programs for all Divisions and Businesses.

- In consultation with Regional and Divisional C&B Heads, as well as Global Business Services, build up and lead the cross-divisional C&B Center of Excellence in country according to the global C&B Framework.

- Build and provide expertise regarding compensation & benefits processes for 2500 employees ·

- Act as subject matter expert and oversee local C&B processes, such as base pay, short- and long-term incentives, benefits, recognition and retention plans, and compensation proposals. ·

- Provide guidance and advice in the assessment and development of benefit programs that provide high levels of associate satisfaction and consistent with the Global Benefits framework.

- Manage compensation and bonus process during the annual cycle

- Conduct market benchmarking surveys and based on this market intelligence recommend improvements in rewards policies

The Successful Candidate - You will possess an MBA with 10+ years of proven experience in HR with significant exposure to Compensation & Benefits design and benchmarking initiatives.You will be an experienced people manager and coach with a track record of success and effective senior stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills and a sharp business acumen are a must. Diversity candidates would be preferred for this role.
