Role: Cluster Sales Manager - Mumbai

Designation: Sr. Manager/Chief Manager

Job Role:

- Achieve new car finance volume and other products target by managing various relationships including, authorized dealers of automobile manufacturers like Honda, Toyota & Mercedes through Relationship Managers assigned to these relationships.

- Identify and develop new relationships for generating business.

- Supervise and guide Relationship Managers assigned for managing relationships and act as intermediary between internal and external customers. Get right and quality manpower to source business.

- Regular training and updates to sales team and business partners with the aim of improving quality and TAT, resulting in higher volume and strong business relations with channel partners.

- Monitoring approvals and disbursement TAT so as to remain competitive without compromising on Company’s norms & policies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan & coordinate activities through the sales team

- Chase goals for all areas of presence

- Train and motivate team members

- Supervise and guide the team's performance

- Oversee cross selling of products in all product distribution

- Handling the team of Relationship Managers and driving business agenda through them

Candidate Profile:

- Team management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion to achieve and grow with the organization.

- Relationship management skill
