Job Description - Reporting in to Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to:

- Work closely with leadership in planning and executing the Cash-n-Carry business strategy - including e products, promotions, displays and visibility

- Manage a profitable P&L for Cash-n-Carry business segment

- Develop and strengthen key decisions makers n Cash-n-Carry business central team

- Deliver the budgeted business for Cash-n-Carry business segment for first year and deliver the designated business growth year on year

- Meet and review business with Cash-n-Carry business customers centrally on regular business

- Regularly visit the Cash-n-Carry business stores across India and help build local sales team to build strong relationship at store level

- Work closely with demand planner to ensure smooth stock availability

- Develop a strong pipeline of business development activities in C&C including promotions, product introductions, visibility drives etc.

- Track the process hygiene and ensure that the policies are implemented in full

The Successful Candidate - You hold a MBA from reputed business school and have 6-8 years of modern trade experience focused on cash-n-carry business segment. You should have excellent key account management skills and should have devised and executed successful promotion strategies for cash-n-carry business customers
