1. JOB PURPOSE

- Achieve the External Gross Revenue.

- Developing Business in the region with the existing Carrier Partners, and identifying New Carrier Partners

- Increase Global reach & coverage.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Global Reach and coverage

- People Management

- Achieve Non Group Revenue

- Achieve Non Group Gross Margin

- Keep Bad Debts below pre-defined level.

- New Interconnects / New Countries

- Role clarity to team members

- Training new team members for the business

3. INTERACTIONS

Internal Interaction

Interaction with all support functions like

- Rates ( to ensure correct rates for partners)

- Routing (appropriate routing to meet commitments with carriers and ensure max margin & min loss),

- Settlement (timely payments and receipts)

- NOC / technical ( Follow ups on tests, routing changes, closure of TTs, augmentations, projections of technical needs etc)

- Legal (Agreement finalization of existing & new carriers)

External Interactions – (Outside the Organization)

- Carrier Partners ( Achieve Business Growth, understanding their strengths and requirements. Long term strategies for mutual benefits, payments Followup)

- Technical partners / PoP facilities (To expedite the interconnects, testing with carriers, augmentation of circuits)

- Operators in the regions ( to explore new business and carrier partners)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience

- 6 years in Wholesale Voice & Data Industry, with Global Market..

- Experience of 7 years in Sales and Account Management in Data and Networking Industry.

- 3 years in Regional sales of FMCG Product

- MBA (Marketing) Pursuing.

- B.com

Technical and Behavioral Skills

- Overall knowledge of getting the client connected. (Switch, Media, Routing & Monitoring platform).

- Excellent team work.

- Ability to carry the team together to achieve organizational goals by sharing knowledge.

- Good interpersonal skills.
