Position Title: Sr Manager – Campaigns

Location:-Mumbai

Position Description:

Position will be responsible for the conceptualization, design and execution of campaigns for Direct to Consumer (D2C) Business.

Accountabilities:

- Achieve the lead generation targets set for D2C within the cost budgets.

- Conceptualize, design and execute campaigns (media and creative development through agencies) for each product lines.

- Creative Strategy and product positioning for the product category.

- Media Plan for each Product for D2C.

- Campaign brief development.

- Review of campaign ideas from agency and approvals.

- Liasing between creative and media agency.

- Managing the iterative process of creative finalization.

- Project Management for activation campaigns.

- Managing deliverables of all marketing agencies.

- Liaise with the sales team for seamless sales process.

- Identification and tie-up with any affinity partner.

- Source database for outbound list calling.

- Design campaigns for Customer Value management – X-Sell of alternate products.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaign performance.

Experience

7-10 years experience in Marketing. Manager at a private insurance company (Life or General). Second preference would be relevant experience in banks specifically HDFC, HSBC.

Qualification:

Masters in Business Administration.
