Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Strategy

Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of the “Infrastructure Services” industry is desirable but not mandatory

Personal Characteristics:

- This person should be a business problem solver using data driven analytical approach

- Should have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under limited supervision, work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with the appropriate quality and customer satisfaction

- Should demonstrate a high degree of collaboration, teamwork and ability to influence other people (including senior executives)

- Should have outstanding analytical and critical thinking capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative. Should have good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets

- Should have strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail

- Should be able to mentor junior members of the group and establish and cultivate a high-performance but enjoyable work culture

A successful Manager/Senior Manager should be able to quickly synthesize analysis and identify key business implications for MphasiS. He/she must also possess sound business judgment and the willingness and ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment. Finally, he/she must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and executives at any level.

Role Function:

- Assisting in the development of corporate, geographic and portfolio strategies

- Performing strategic and financial marketplace analysis

- Identify strategic opportunities and provide guidance to various market facing units, corporate units and delivery unit to take appropriate actions for the same

- Own end-to-end solutions for strategic problems faced by various market facing units, corporate units and delivery unit

- Develop business plan for decided investment opportunities and strategic objectives

- Monitoring and analyzing key competitors

- Reviewing, benchmarking and interpreting operating and financial information

- Developing internal presentations to communicate strategy analysis

- Create financial / business evaluation frameworks to ensure execution of strategic initiatives

- Managing distinct project work streams as part of a larger team

Work Experience Required - MBA from a reputed institution with 6-10 years of total experience

Work Location: Bangalore
