Business HR (9-12yrs)
We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Manager - Business HR for a leading financial shared services at Delhi/ NCR
Education: Required MBA with experience in ITES/ BPO in business HR. No recruitments experience required.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives within the respective business unit. Key responsibilities include driving retention initiatives within the business unit and employee advocacy
- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit
- Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees
- Development and implementation of engagement model for respective business unit.
- Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units
- Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective business unit or across BSS.
