About our Client - Our client is a one of the leading private banks to be set up in India in the late 90s with strengths in both retail and corporate banking to achieve excellence not just locally but internationally. As an initiative to set up an in house business analytics team, they are looking for strong analytics professionals to join them and grow it further.

Job Description - Reporting to the Assistant Vice President and leading a team of two you will be responsible to focus business analytics in the retail liabilities business of the bank. in addition to this your main responsibilities will be- Build business performance forecasting model to drive management strategies Analyze the trends in the retail liabilities and identify key identifiable actions on a monthly basis Benchmarking with other competitor banks and generate management reports Execute performance scorecards and review reports of individual branches, regions and lines of business

The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in business Analytics with exposure to retail liabilities. You must come from an Indian Banking setup or should have serviced an Indian Bank as a client. In addition to this you must be very proficient with SAS, SQL and Enterprise Miner. You must be proficient with Excel and should have managerial experience of handling a team for at least 2 years.
