Job Description - Reporting directly into Head of Operations, you will be responsible for :

- Managing financial targets for the cost center by facilitating and implementing process efficiencies and leading quality as well as productivity initiatives.

- Understanding different areas of insurance broking operations and enforce security and data protection measures while expanding the scope of operations to your customer.

- Developing, motivating and coaching your team while identifying clear career paths for employees will be a key aspect to be successful in this role.

The Successful Candidate - You will have a professional degree from a reputed University with 10 years of minimum work experience in the BFSI domain. Broking experience is essential as is team leading experience and multiple stake holder management. Communication skills should be exemplary
