Role/Designation : Digital Marketing Pre sales/Solutions - Senior Manager

Location: Bangalore/Delhi

- Post graduate in management with specialization in Marketing & Sales (Prefer an IIM/equivalent MBA qualification)

Experience ( Minimum): 8 Years

Experience( Maximum): 12 Years

Skills (Must Have):

- Hands on experience in the digital marketing space with a Global Advertising or CPG company

- Should have had a grounds up experience in designing / executing digital marketing campaigns and digital media/channels

- Past experience of having worked closely with Creative Leads, Copywriters and Content Strategists

- Should have a good appreciation of the digital technology landscape

- Exposure to global practices/processes in digital marketing

- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

- Excellent Communication and listening skills

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach

- Excellent collaboration capabilities.

- Aptitude for understanding technology

- Independent decision making.

Skills( Good to have):

- Exposure to brands and campaigns internationally

- Exposure and understanding of BPO

- Prior experience with a BPO org in similar area as a client/employee

Job Description:

- Lead establishment of Marketing/Sales BPO/KPO offerings in the Retail and Consumer Goods Vertical

- Identify the high potential opportunity areas for B/KPO

- Develop service offerings in the identified areas

- Collaborate across different divisions with Wipro to develop the offerings as well as build on existing capabilities

- Build all required collateral for supporting offerings

- Evangelize new offerings with the Sales teams and propects

- Build proactive and reactive proposals/pitches/propositions for new services

- Identify external partners as needed for complementing service offerings/ building technology enabled solutions

- High Performance orientation

Security Roles & Responsibilities:

- Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

- Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

- Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

- Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

- Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.

- Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.

- Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements.

- Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place.

- Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
