Manager/Sr Manager
Role:
- Manage a team of 100+ employees including direct and indirect reporting hierarchy.
- Independently handle a growing line of business within the process with mission critical deadlines
- Recognize, implement, demonstrate and promote best practices
- Ensure and advocate standardization and consistency of practices throughout the unit
- SLA accountability for the sub-process.
KNOWLEDGE BASE:
- Knowledge of all aspects of the BPO industry
- Should have at least 3 yrs experience in Credit card (Collections & customer service)
- Need to know the complete gamut of Collections & Skip trace in Credit cards industry
Skills required:
- Strong people management and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at planning and making presentations
- Ability to think out of the box and liaison with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to set expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
