Job Description: Sr. Manager, Business Development


Responsible for the generation of increased revenue by the SleepCare, for increases in numbers of patients of the centers, and increase in the number patients and of third party paying customers.

The primary role will be to develop a panel of highly reputed physicians to partner with SleepCare in major cities in India. This position reports to the GM, Operations. The specific responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

- Represent the company to the external market through the application of physician relations and marketing activities.

- Develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance.

- Prospecting and identifying physicians and partners in relevant specializations (pulmonary, cardiology, diabetes, obesity etc) in various cities.

- Organizing seminars/meetings with focus groups for information exchange and dialogue.

- Finalizing the partnership deals to synchronize with the commissioning of the centers.

- Relationship Building and Management on an on-going basis.

- Ensure capacity utilization of centers are at at optimal levels

The role requires establishing marketing contacts with hospitals, insurers and other third party purchasers of health care services. Conduct presentations to these organizations of the services and facilities of SleepCare. Organize direct negotiations and contacts for services with these organizations. Assist the GM in negotiations through the provision of information about prices and / or costs, suggested health care package programs, or other data as requested by the GM. Establish contacts with smaller health care facilities, including clinics and diagnostic centers for the purpose of obtaining referral business to SleepCare centers.

Experience: 5 years of experience / MBA in Sales and Marketing
