Job Profile

Business Development and Customer Acquisition

- Develop take to market strategy for any business line.

- Understand the market landscape

- Develop collaterals reflecting company's capability

- Develop relationships with leading corporate engaging consulting services

- Understand consulting needs of prospects

- Understand briefs and right scope the projects

- Cost the projects

- Develop proposals and negotiate with the clients

- Conclude contracts

Project Management and Client Servicing

- Plan the project in context of other projects with OC Head.

- Manage the workforce involved and balance the output week to week.

- Manage the Client and meet deadlines.

- Maintain professional approach towards Projects

- Manage the Project Reviews and Reports accordingly.

- Act as the interface between the client and the Company

- Maintain relationship, client satisfaction and client relationships
