Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop new business relationships, generate & negotiate new business for in order to achieve the set targets.
- Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
- Do a strong follow up with the clients, in order to get the business from them.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the Operations team.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure.
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Conduct a post delivery feedback activity to understand the client satisfaction & take corrective actions if required.
- Ensuring remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute
- 2 -3 years of cold-calling and international B2B sales experience. Experience of closing deals on calls will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in US shifts
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients needs and matching with a tailored solution.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.
