- Be a driving force for L+D across all businesses in the org as a In house consultant

- Identify training needs and customize the content and delivery depending on the business needs

- Build eLearning platform through vendor sourcing and designing the same

- Strong in designing, execution and deliver

- Ensure collation of Training needs for all executives from multi sources (PMS, Training Co-coordinators, managers and other development interventions)

Foresee organization / department learning needs and provide commensurate training suggestions

- Competency awareness and Competency Assessment workshops.

- Essentials and Art of Giving Feedback.

- Goal Setting and KRA formulation.

- Leadership Development - 'Why' and 'How' for stakeholder support.
