Sr Manager/AVP - US Recruitment - BPO

- 10+ years of industry experience.

- Minimum 5 + years of experience in US IT/Non IT staffing.

- Experience in managing the end to end US recruitment cycle.

- Good working knowledge on W2 ,TN Visa, H1B,C2C.

- Should possess client & team handling exposure.

- Good communication

- Should be willing to work in US shifts.
