Job Role:

- Ensure adherence to 'Hiring On-time'& Quality

- Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition

- Recruitment – Handling end to end Recruitment for all frontline level roles

- Formulating a strategic and systematic Recruitment Plan to meet the Companies’ manpower

-Managing recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, systems and programs.

- Managing entire life cycle of Staffing, which includes framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads.
