Sr Manager/AVP - Operations - Mortgages

- Manage large team of people and accountable for the overall operational performance of one or more lines of business, within the Operational segments.

- Contributes to formulation of corporate wide operations strategy and policy.

- Relevant experience in managing off-shored operations in a 3rd party or Global In-house Center / US mortgage business is desired.

- Be able to lead & guide a large team to excel and contribute meaningfully to the company's goals and add value to the company is essential.

- Will be required to build innovative strategy to allow the company to continue to see its team as a competitive advantage

- Responsible for instilling accountability & goal orientation within direct reports.
