Senior Manager / AVP -Online & Media
Duties And Responsibilities:
- This position shall be responsible for drive the online & meeting the revenue targets assigned for the business by acquiring new online partners and managing the partner relationship on an ongoing basis. – Sales & Business Development.
- The person shall also additionally be responsible for growing the PAYBACK media business.
- Should maintain Internal & External Relationships:
Internal – Channel management, Finance, Brand, Operations
External – Partners, Media agencies
- Should maintain Online Partner Management
- Identify key online accounts for acquisition and work with internal and external teams to on closure of new deals.
- Work with existing partners and increasing the PAYBACK penetration in the partner base.
- Work with BU head to build the business plan and targets for online partners, ensure teams and budgets are in place and functioning effectively.
- Drive the development and implementation of new revenue lines with the partner.
- Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with the assigned partners on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
Should be engaged in Promotions & Media:
- Build relationships directly with brands and agencies for promotions on PAYBACK channels
- Establish and grow relationships with media agencies to establish PAYBACK media as a preferred solution for brand promotions/ campaigns
- Identify product offerings, flows and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate
Experience Required:
CRITICAL: Should have overall 12-15 years of experience with minimum 4-6 years in digital media sales and account management.
ADVANTAGEOUS:
- Experience in e-commerce industry a strong plus
- Handled large corporate accounts
- Strong relationships with media agencies/ brands
Academia:
CRITICAL : MBA Marketing
ADVANTAGEOUS : MBA from Premier Institutes
Required skills & Abilities:
- Digital media sales and Account management / relationship management
- Good understanding of India e-commerce industry, trends and merchant.
- Presentations and proposal making
- Long term marketing and media sales exposure
- Strategic thinker with an ability to evaluate how value can be enhanced across all constituencies for the partners,customers and Payback.
- Understanding of loyalty marketing, customer activation, retention and engagement, excited about keeping up with trends.
- Proven Key Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
