Sr Manager/AVP - Investment Banking

Position: Sr. Manager / AVP Investment Banking.

Location: Mumbai.

Qualification: MBA / PG.

Job Role:

- Develop Key Relationships with clients in targeted organizations for business development on both debt and equity side of an organization.

- Expertise in originating and executing transactions in Private Equity and M&A.

- Mapping client's requirements, custom designing solutions & troubleshooting.

- Work on deals in Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Auto, IT/ITES and Engineering or any other from end to end.

- Strategizing the long-term as well as short-term business plans to ensure maximum profitability and revenue generation for the organization.

- Private Equity Investing.

- Deal Origination & Selection
